यह भारत की एक प्रमुख नदी घाटी परियोजना हैं। वेतबा नदी पर बने माताटीला बांध का निर्माण 1958 ई. में मध्यप्रदेश सरकार की सहायता से किया गया था। देवगढ़ से 93 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित यह जगह लगभग बीस वर्ग किलोमीटर के क्षेत्र में फैली हुई है। इस जगह पर काफी संख्या में छोटे-छोटे पर्वत है जो इस जगह की खूबसूरती को और अधिक बढ़ाते हैं। यहां घूमने के लिए उचित समय सितम्बर से मई है।यह बेतवा नदी पर ललितपुर जिले में स्थित है। माताटीला बांध से 163.60 लाख घन मी पेयजल उपलब्ध होता है इस परियोजना से झांसी ,जालौन,हमीरपुर,ग्वालियर जिले लाभान्वित होते है It is a major river valley project in India.
